Deposits: We require a $100 deposit. This deposit is your guarantee that we will not place the puppy/dog of your choice with someone else. This deposit also serves as our guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy/dog specified, therefore the deposit is non-refundable. Deposit is only refundable if a puppy is not available for you. You will be notified when your puppy is ready to come to his/her new home. This is usually at 8 weeks of age! If your puppy remains at our kennel longer than the 7 days as explained above, there will be a $20 per week boarding and grooming fee added to the cost of your puppy. If you have not made arrangements to pick up your puppy, we will assume that this puppy will be available for others.

Payments: Payment plans are an option. We are willing to work with you on most any payment arrangements, just let us know what you have in mind. We prefer to have the puppy paid in full by the time he/she is 6 weeks old. All major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted as deposits and also as payments. All personal checks must clear our bank prior to picking up, or the shipping of your puppy. We also have Paypal, but please add the 3 percent surcharge. All puppies/dogs remain at our kennel until completely paid for.

Shipping: We offer shipping throughout the United States at the purchasers expense. Prices may vary and shipment may be delayed in hot summer months. Generally the price to ship in the US is around $280. This price includes airfare (usually Continental or Delta), FAA approved travel kennel (which you keep), and health certificate from our vet. We prefer to sell our puppies as pets to wonderful homes. We have the right to refuse any prospective homes.

All puppies are sent home with a "Puppy Pack", which includes Iams Puppy Food, information on feeding,
and other puppy related reading material. If at any time you have any questions or concerns, please feel
free to contact us. We have poured our hearts into each and every "little one" and want to stay in touch with our new puppy families...

MICROCHIPS
We are now offering AVID® MicroChips. It can be implanted before you pick up your puppy. This is a wonderful way to protect your pet and is a nationwide service. This is a microchip implanted under your puppy's skin. If your dog is ever lost, there is a way to locate you, even if the collar is no longer on your dog. Ask us for more details about having your puppy microchipped.

THE BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE ,AFTER THE SALE, IF SAID PUPPY HAS CHANGES TO COAT.

THE BREEDER GUARANTEES SAID PUPPY TO BE HEALTHY AT THE TIME OF SALE.

BUYER AGREES TO HAVE SAID PUPPY EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY OR GUARANTEE IS NOT APPLICABLE.   IF PUPPY IS FOUND TO BE OTHER THAN HEALTHY BY THE BUYER'S VET, IT SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE BREEDER IMMEDIATELY, AND THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED. DEADLINE FOR THIS REFUND IS ONE WEEK FOLLOWING EXAMINATION. WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM BUYER'S VET MUST BE FORWARDED TO THE BREEDER BEFORE THE PURCHASE PRICE IS REFUNDED.

THE BREEDER DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY TO SAID DOG AFTER DELIVERY.

ALL APPROPRIATE VACCINATIONS AND DEWORMINGS HAVE BEEN GIVEN AND A RECORD IS SUPPLIED.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP YOUR PUPPY AWAY FROM POTENTIAL ILLNESSES UNTIL ALL VACCINATIONS HAVE BEEN GIVEN.

THE BUYER AGREES TO MAINTAIN THE PUPPY'S HEALTH CONDITION, VACCINATIONS AND DEWORMINGS AND ANY OTHER USUAL PROCEDURES NECESSARY TO ASSURE GOOD HEALTH.

THE BREEDER HAS PROVIDED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO PRODUCE HEALTHY, SOUND PUPPIES AND BY RAISING THE PUPPIES IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE IN REGARDS TO DIET, EXERCISE, SOCIALIZATION AND VETERINARY CARE.

THERE ARE MANY FACTORS THAT CAN INFLUENCE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT, SUCH AS DIET, EXERCISE, ETC. THE BREEDER CAN OFFER NO FURTHER GUARANTEES ONCE THE CARE OF THE PUPPY IS NO LONGER UNDER THEIR CONTROL.

PURCHASER'S STATEMENT:

THE BUYER AGREES THE HE/SHE IS NOT ACTING AS AN AGENT IN THE PURCHASE OF THIS ANIMAL AND THAT IT WILL REMAIN IN HIS/HER CUSTODY.

BUYER FURTHER SWEARS THAT HE/SHE IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH A PET SHOP OR ANIMAL BROKER.
